East Capital Explorer AB - East Capital Explorer's Nomination Committee's Proposal for Board of Directors

The Nomination Committee for East Capital Explorer has decided to propose to the
Annual General Meeting 2014 that the Board comprise five members and proposes
re-election of Paul Bergqvist, Lars O Grönstedt, Louise Hedberg and Alexander
Ikonnikov and the election of Peter Elam Håkansson. Karine Hirn has declined re-
election.


In addition, it is proposed that Paul Bergqvist be re-appointed as Chairman of
the Board. The Nomination Committee's other proposals are presented in the
notice to the Annual General Meeting.

Peter Elam Håkansson is a founding partner, Chairman and Chief Investment
Officer of East Capital, leading East Capital's Eastern Europe and Asia
investment teams. Peter has worked within emerging and frontier markets since
the early nineties. He is chairman of the foundation behind the Swedish Music
Hall of Fame, he is a member of the Board of Bonnier Business Press AB and the
Advisory Board of Stena Long Term Equity. Prior to founding East Capital, Peter
held a series of senior positions at Enskilda Securities in London, Paris and
Stockholm - where his last role was Head of Equities and Global Head of
Research. Peter has a degree from Stockholm School of Economics and has also
studied at l'EDHEC in Lille.

East Capital Explorer's Nomination Committee comprises Peter Elam Håkansson,
East Capital; Pia Axelsson, Fourth National AP-fund; André Vatsgar, Danske
Capital; Paul Bergqvist, Chairman East Capital Explorer and Louise Hedberg, East
Capital.

The Annual General Meeting will be held on 22 April 2014, at Nalen in Stockholm.
