Acquisition of Common Shares of Partner Jet Corp.

SUDBURY, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - May 29, 2014) - Michael W. Herman ("Herman") today announced that he has filed an early warning report ("EWR") with the applicable securities regulators in connection with his acquisition of common shares of Partner Jet Corp. ("Partner Jet"), including his acquisition of shares on September 30, 2010 which resulted in his ownership and control at the time of 918,334 Common Shares, representing approximately 10.115% of the then issued and outstanding Common Shares of Partner Jet. Subsequent to September 30, 2010, Herman has acquired additional Common Shares from time to time such that he now alone owns 1,797,834 Common Shares, constituting 19.803% of the issued and outstanding Common Shares of Partner Jet. The EWR addresses his initial acquisition of 10% or more of the issued and outstanding Common Shares of Partner Jet and his subsequent acquisition of Common Shares in April 2012, March 2013, June 2013 and March 2014, in each case cumulatively constituting the acquisition of 2% or more of the outstanding Common Shares of Partner Jet.

All of Herman's transactions have been made through the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange. Herman has filed insider trading reports, in accordance with applicable securities legislation, for all transactions involving securities of Partner Jet for the period during which he has been an insider of Partner Jet.

Herman acquired the Common Shares for investment purposes. However, Herman will review his holdings from time to time and may increase or decrease his holdings as future circumstances may dictate.
