Offer for Subscription Extension
The Board of Downing THREE VCT plc is pleased to announce the extension of the Offer for Subscription in respect of H Shares that launched on 18 December 2013. The Offer had previously been scheduled to close on 30 June 2014 but has now been extended to 3 p.m. on 30 September 2014 (unless previously fully subscribed or further extended).
