Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce Seattle Office Welcomes Industrial Properties Expert Edward Turpin


SEATTLE, WA--(Marketwired - Jul 8, 2014) - Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce today announced that 20-year veteran, Edward Turpin, has rejoined the Seattle office as a director where he will focus his efforts on the leasing and sales of industrial properties in Kent Valley.

"With more than two decades under his belt on both the brokerage and ownership/management side of commercial real estate, Ed has a unique set of experiences that enable him to be extremely strategic with clients," said Dave Magee, Senior Director, Managing Broker of the Seattle office of Cushman & Wakefield Commerce. Turpin has deep roots in the Puget Sound area. He began his commercial real estate brokerage career in 1992 as an industrial sales and leasing agent. In 2002, he transitioned into the role of Regional Vice President at RREEF, a pension fund advisor owned by Deutsche Bank where he oversaw the asset management and leasing of ten million square feet of industrial and office portfolio located in the Puget Sound and Portland markets. Later, Turpin joined Investco Financial Services, a national developer based in the Puget Sound, to oversee a portfolio of office, retail and industrial properties in Washington and California.

Turpin recently returned to the Puget Sound after spending the past two years as Managing Director of the Las Vegas, Nevada office of Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce.
