TraceLink Expands Executive Management Team to Support Rapid Global Growth

New Sales, Marketing, Compliance and Services Leadership Support Company's International Expansion Plans and Rapid Adoption of Industry-Leading Life Sciences Cloud Track and Trace Platform

WAKEFIELD, MA--(Marketwired - Jan 20, 2015) - TraceLink Inc., the leader in protecting patient safety and enabling health for global Life Sciences, today announced the expansion of its executive management team with new Sales, Marketing, Compliance, and Services leadership. Following the rapid adoption of the TraceLink Life Sciences Cloud by pharmaceutical companies seeking complete solutions for regulatory compliance under the US Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA), these strategic appointments support the company's plans to expand its international footprint in 2015, serving customers across Europe, Brazil, India, China and other geographies who are facing new compliance regulations.

The additions to TraceLink's leadership team include:

  • Jean-Marie Aulnette, Vice President of EMEA Sales. Aulnette joins TraceLink with a 20-year career in international sales and enterprise SaaS applications, having served in a range of leadership positions at Phase Forward, Oracle and Abbott Diagnostics France. He will construct and lead TraceLink's new EMEA sales operation, delivering track and trace solutions to all European pharmaceutical manufacturers, wholesalers and distributors that must comply with broad international regulations, including the Falsified Medicines Directive (FMD) established by the European Union.

  • Carter Holland, Chief Marketing Officer.  Holland is a 20-year technology veteran who has led global marketing teams through aggressive periods of organic and M&A growth, business transformation and brand reinvention. As TraceLink widens its go-to-market focus in multiple regions outside of the US, Holland will tap his prior experience with global market leaders that include NewTek, Avid Technology and Towers Perrin, to guide the company's global integrated marketing strategy and execution plans and accelerate new market penetration, customer acquisition, and revenue performance.

  • Michael Owings, Vice President of Compliance. For the past 20 years, Owings has successfully implemented effective regulatory compliance, privacy, quality and security frameworks for a range of industry-leading companies, such as PHT Corporation, Oracle, and Phase Forward. As TraceLink expands its business operations across multiple continents, Owings will oversee and strengthen the company's global compliance strategy and operational framework in accordance with all required government and industry regulations.

  • Lisa Reinhold, Vice President of Global Network and Customer Success. Reinhold is an entrepreneurial customer service executive with 25-years' experience transforming, developing and building global service and support organizations in highly competitive and emerging markets. Drawing from her client services leadership roles at companies that include SmartBear Software, InnoCentive, and BrainShark, Reinhold will oversee both the planned expansion of TraceLink's customer success team and the deployment of new high-value services that meet the ongoing needs of the company's rapidly growing worldwide pharmaceutical customer base.

"Our continued success is the result of ensuring that TraceLink has the right people to lead a global transformation that is the single, most complex undertaking in pharmaceutical industry history," said Shabbir Dahod, President and CEO of TraceLink. "The credentials of these new global executives further round out our leadership team with the critical experience we need to replicate our US domestic success internationally -- and extend the position we've earned as the leading track and trace solution provider for Life Sciences companies. We look forward to the plans they will execute to drive TraceLink brand growth throughout the world."
