AIG Advisor Group Announces Speaker Lineup for 2015 W Forum in San Diego

Ninth annual women's conference provides female advisors with networking and educational events to support practice goals.


NEW YORK, N.Y., Feb. 23, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via PRWEB - AIG Advisor Group, one of the largest independent broker-dealer networks in the nation, will host the 2015 W Forum in San Diego, March 1-3. This will be the broker-dealer's ninth annual women's conference aimed at providing outstanding networking and educational events to support female advisors' practice goals. Recently rebranded as the W Forum, this year's conference will explore topics inspired by the event's tagline: "Women. Winning. Wisdom. Wealth."

The 2015 W Forum's keynote speakers include Barbara Corcoran, real estate mogul, business expert and panelist on ABC's Shark Tank, along with Carey Lohrenz, author and the first female F-14 Tomcat Fighter Pilot in the U.S. Navy. Erica McGinnis, President and CEO of AIG Advisor Group; Jana W. Greer, President and CEO, Individual and Group Retirement, AIG Life and Retirement; and Lisa Hoyne, Senior Vice President, Marketing of AIG Advisor Group will also be featured speakers throughout the conference.

The conference will feature topical breakout sessions on key practice management and industry topics including: Taking the Bull by the Horns and Investing like a Woman; What Matters Most, Strategies to Build Financial Confidence for Today's Women and Couples; From the Hill to the Street – An Insider's Perspective on What's Going on in Washington; and Financial Considerations for Same-Sex Couples. AIG Advisor Group also has plans to highlight their recently launched Women FORWARD initiative at the W Forum. Previously known as Generation i, Women FORWARD is a comprehensive program that includes mentoring, training and networking initiatives designed to engage and inspire female advisors.
