Krauss comes to ASF after almost 10 years with a competitor in the market, bringing with him a wealth of operational knowledge in the community association industry. In his previous role, Krauss specialized in driving customer value and operational effectiveness through innovative expense containment/reduction strategies for condominium and homeowner associations across the southeastern United States. Additionally, he led the organization's procurement efforts by negotiating with suppliers to yield discounted pricing for a variety of goods and services.

In his new role as Director of Management Services, Krauss will focus on driving organizational success through effective client relations, customer acquisition, marketing, and operational oversight. He earned his Master of Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University and his Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Political Science from Florida State University.
