Offer for Subscription 2014/15 Extension
The Board of Downing THREE VCT plc announces an extension to the deadline for applications for the 2014/15 tax year in respect of the Offer for Subscription that launched on 11 December 2014. The deadline has now been extended to 5pm on 5 April 2015.
