The conference will take place July 7-8 at the Park Plaza Victoria Hotel in London.
Partin will be speaking with John Wagner, Director of Cycas Hospitality, to present a case study of two newly opened—but very different—serviced apartment and extended stay properties. The case study will examine "Who Stays in an Apartment Like This," with Partin describing the Q &A Residential Hotel, a new brand by Furnished Quarters of New York, and Wagner describing Staybridge Suites London – Vauxhall. The presentation is scheduled to take place on July 8.
During Partin's presentation, he will describe how the concept of Q &A evolved, as well as how Furnished Quarters developed and launched the brand.
