He is also a Certified Mentor Coach and a qualified Trainer for Trainers in the field of Leadership and Personal Effectiveness. Nina Simosko is the Chief Product Officer for NTT Innovation Institute Inc. (NTT i3), the Silicon Valley-based open innovation and applied research and development center of NTT Group.

During his 34 year career, he has been responsible for business strategy, project conceptualization and execution, launching new products, operations, financial and performance management. He has a passion for teaching and continues to be engaged as visiting faculty in Management and Organizational Development at leading management institutes. He is based at Mumbai, India.
Ms. Simosko leads the development and commercialization of NTT i3 groundbreaking platforms and solutions aimed at today's Digital Businesses. Prior to her role with NTT, Simosko held numerous executive positions such as Head of Strategy, Planning and Operation for Nike IT, Chief Operating Officer and Global Head of Premier Customer Network at SAP, and others leadership positions at both Siebel and Oracle. She is based close to her company's headquarters in the Silicon Valley region of Northern California.
