Constellis Group Welcomes Rosalind Kadasi as its new Chief Financial Officer

Adds more than 20 years of professional experience to the executive leadership team

RESTON, Va., Aug. 9, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Constellis Group, a leading provider of security, risk mitigation, and managed support services in high-threat and complex environments, announced today that it has hired Ms. Rosalind Kadasi as its new chief financial officer.

Ms. Kadasi brings more than 20 years of financial experience to Constellis Group. A finalist in the Northern Virginia Technology Council's "CFO of the Year" competition in 2013, Ms. Kadasi most recently served as chief financial officer and vice president of administration for ARTEL, LLC, a satellite communications company headquartered in Herndon.

Chief Executive Officer Craig Nixon praised Ms. Kadasi's credentials, saying, "We're thrilled to have Ros as part of our team not only because of her financial management expertise, but her deep knowledge in compliance and process improvement. As we continue to grow our business domestically and internationally, her expertise and leadership will be a critical factor in our future success."

Ms. Kadasi earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting at the University of New Orleans and a certificate in executive leadership management from Yale University. A certified public accountant licensed in Virginia and Louisiana, she is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Society of CPAs in both states. Her career has included positions as senior director of government finance and compliance at BearingPoint, Inc., vice president of finance at Nortel, and chief financial officer and vice president of administration at AC Technologies, Inc.

Her expertise in operations and process improvement, financial analysis, and federal acquisition was instrumental in nearly doubling ARTEL's revenue in four years, securing private debt and equity funding, and leading the efforts that resulted in the company's sale to private equity. A noted turnaround expert, she led the efforts at BearingPoint that corrected years of compliance issues in just one year.

Ms. Kadasi assumes the financial reins of a rapidly growing enterprise. In May, Constellis Group merged with a former competitor, London and Dubai-based Olive Group, to form one of the world's leading private security services providers. Its more than 10,000 employees operate in more than 30 countries on five continents and generate more than $1 billion in annual revenue.
