FRONTIER AIRLINES ELECTS INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR

Frontier Airlines, a privately held company, today announced the election of Josh Connor as a member of its Board of Directors


DENVER, Aug. 25, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Frontier Airlines, a privately held company, today announced the election of Josh Connor as a member of its Board of Directors.

"We are pleased to have Josh join Frontier's Board. He brings extensive aviation, finance and private equity experience and will be a great help in the development of the airline's strategy," said William A. Franke, Chairman of the Board.

Mr. Connor, who retired in July from Barclays, had a distinguished career and was highly regarded as a transportation investment banker, his focus for the majority of his career. He led over 200 capital market transactions.

Mr. Connor was appointed to the position of Managing Director and the Head of Industrials Banking Group at Barclays in 2013. In this role, he oversaw the firm's industrial clients across a diverse range of industries. Before assuming this role, Mr. Connor was from 2011 Global Head of Transportation Banking at Barclays.

Prior to joining Barclays in 2011, Mr. Connor was at Morgan Stanley for 15 years and was the Co-Head of Morgan Stanley's Transportation and Infrastructure Investment Banking Group.

Mr. Connor is a graduate of Williams College, where he earned a bachelor's degree in Economics. He serves on the Board of Directors of Youth, I.N.C, a non-profit helping children in New York, and is a Trustee of the Pingry School.
