Code Green Apparel Files S-1 Registration Statement With SEC


PICO RIVERA, Calif., Sept. 15, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Code Green Apparel Corp (OTC:CGAC), a company dedicated to manufacturing, designing and selling sustainable apparel and uniforms created by primarily using sustainable textiles for companies worldwide, today announced that it has filed a Form S-1 registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) with the intent of becoming a fully reporting company with the SEC.
