Monica provides transactional guidance and market expertise for the company’s sales associates, office managers, and escrow team as the company’s VP of Regional Sales.

Prior to joining McGuire, Monica was a solo practitioner focused on real property law and estate planning. She led dispute resolution for a wide range of matters including: tax and creditor issues, landlord tenant disputes, contractor negligence, and construction defects. As an attorney in private practice for over seven years, Monica understands that strengthening one’s interpersonal skills is the key to connecting with clients and establishing trusting, long-term relationships. Her positive team mentality is a true asset to McGuire’s sales, leadership, and support teams.
Monica is originally from Canada but has proudly called the Bay Area her home since 2000. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Western Ontario, followed by a Master’s Degree from the University of Toronto. Monica earned her JD and her LLM in Taxation from Golden Gate University, and is a member of both the California State and New York State Bars.
