HOLLUND VISITS SOUTH AMERICA TO FURTHER OPERATIONS

Hollund’s President Advances Company’s Growth with Assessment of New Project

BLAINE, WA, Oct. 21, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Hollund Industrial Marine, Inc. (OTCPink:HIMR), an Underwater Forest Management Company, announced today that its executives are visiting South America to further operations, as management is in deep discussion with a major resources company in South America, regarding the setup and project management of an automated aquatic harvesting operation on their lake.

“Given the sheer size of the resources company, we’re not at all, at liberty to disclose specifics,” stated Lonnie Hayward, Chairman & CEO of Hollund Industrial Marine, Inc. “However, we do have the ability to advise the public that our discussions have accelerated, advancing the Company into a position where Mr. Sheldon Romain and Hollund’s South American project development team, were physically deployed to the region last week.”

After weeks of preliminary discussions, visiting South America to further operations through a prospective project management deal with a major recourses company, was a necessary next step. With a team comprised of expert underwater forestry managers, Mr. Romain advanced discussions relating to Hollund handling the management of an underwater timber recovery project – ongoing for quite some time – on a major reservoir at the northern region of the continent. Should management consummate a deal, Hollund will have secured another project, affording the Company years of work, sales and distribution opportunities.

Operating onsite for just over a week, in visiting South America to further operations, Sheldon and team, are assessing the scope of the project, the current operations, and how Hollund will assist with advancing the automation of the current timber recovery process. Given the company’s existing partnership in Panama, where logging operations are ongoing, relationships like this, are continually developing throughout Latin America. This is partly due to the Company now having a more culturally rooted tie to the region. Management indicated that communications with multiple concession owners and similar facilities are advancing on account of its Latin partnership.

Mr. Hayward concluded, “The team is still in South America – expected to return today – completing the project assessment and evaluating the opportunity. For this, we’re really excited! As we continue to pursue opportunities in Underwater Forest Management, with our Panamanian partner to assist us in cultivating stronger relationships, we anticipate having great success.”
