Shore Capital Group Limited (the "Company"), the independent investment group specialising in principal finance, equity capital market activities and alternative asset management, announces that at the General Meeting held today, 3 November 2015 at 2 pm, the ordinary resolution relating to the proposed tender offer for up to 9.91 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company at a price of £4.175 per share (the "Tender Offer") was duly passed.

The results of the Tender Offer will be notified on 5 November 2015.
