The AMS designation demonstrates a higher level of commitment to the community association industry. To qualify, community association managers must have earned their Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), had a minimum of two years actively managing communities, and must pass several advanced-level courses.

In addition to his AMS, he has also attained his CMCA designation. Doyle graduated from Western New Mexico University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education.
