The Directors of Downing THREE VCT plc announce an allotment on 23 November 2015 of J shares of 0.1p each ("J Shares") pursuant to the Offer for Subscription that opened on 11 December 2014 ("Offer") as follows:
1,637,398 J Shares at an average price of 104.90p
Application for the J Shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities will be made shortly. Dealings are expected to commence on or around 30 November 2015.
Following this allotment, the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company is as follows:
