AkzoNobel bevestigt in discussie te zijn met BASF over de potentiële aankoop van hun Industrial Coatings business.
AkzoNobels strategie van operational excellence en organische groei, biedt ook de mogelijkheid om kleine complementaire acquisities te doen die waarde toevoegen.
