TERMINATION OF THE LEASE AGREEMENT REGARDING COMPANY´S HEADQUARTER
Ixonos Plc’s (“Ixonos” or the “Company”) has agreed on premature termination of the lease agreement regarding Company´s headquarters´ premises which are located at Herttoniemi, Helsinki. According to the agreement made with the lessor of the premises the expiration date of the current lease agreement is 31 October, 2016 by which date Company´s headquarters is going to be moved into new premises. Originally the current lease agreement was supposed to be valid until 31 December, 2018. Ixonos estimates to receive approximately EUR 500.000 annually savings from changing of headquarters´ premises from the beginning of 2017.
