Rusnack, et al., Civil Action No. 1:16-cv-02487, against the members of the Board of Directors of Flowserve Corporation (NYSE:FLS).  The lawsuit alleges violations of the federal securities laws relating to the proxy statement the company filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on April 9, 2015, and breaches of fiduciary duty relating to actions taken in contradiction of certain stockholder votes.
