Panera Bread Company to Hold Annual Meeting on May 19, 2016


ST. LOUIS, April 19, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Panera Bread Company (Nasdaq:PNRA) today announced that Ron Shaich, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer; Andrew Madsen, President; and Michael Bufano, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will present at the Company’s 2016 Annual Meeting of Stockholders to be held on May 19, 2016 at 10:30 a.m., Central Daylight Savings Time.  The meeting will be held at the Panera Bread Company Headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri. 

Mr. Shaich, Mr. Madsen, and Mr. Bufano will present the Company’s recent operational and financial performance, the strategic initiatives underway and the Company’s fiscal 2016 outlook.  Management will be available at the conclusion of the meeting to answer questions from the Company’s stockholders.
