“Stephanie and Peter not only possess decades of relevant experience, they bring extensive knowledge of the healthcare industry,” said Surges. “They will both serve as tremendous assets to our management team as we work diligently to advance Connecture’s capabilities to meet healthcare’s changing demands and position us for continued growth.”

As CMO, Meyer will be responsible for developing state-of-the-art, strategically-driven marketing programs, while positioning Connecture throughout the healthcare IT and public markets. Previously, Meyer was at GE Healthcare, where she served as head of marketing operations. While there, she led the company’s renovation of the marketing function, successfully consolidating more than 100 systems and tools into just three, and ultimately, enabling the company to impact over $2 billion in revenue opportunity in 2014. Meyer also serves on the customer board for Marketo, Inc., a leading provider of engagement marketing software and solutions.

As SVP of Provider Solutions, Urbain is responsible for driving Connecture’s market share and positioning in provider-sponsored health plans across the United States. As more and more hospital systems move into provider-sponsored healthcare, Connecture has an opportunity to expand on a strong base of current customers and product solutions, and Urbain will be an integral force in continuing Connecture’s growth in that space. Prior to joining Connecture, Urbain held multiple senior management roles focused on the healthcare industry at IBM, Merge Healthcare, and Healthgrades where he set strategic direction, managed domestic and global teams, and launched and expanded new markets.
