Although nothing is closed & or finalized until we have a mutually signed definitive agreement, I am pleased to inform everyone that the Batteryfly Energy ltd. “Mobeego®” acquisition is moving forward and I fully expect for us to close in the very near future. The Batteryfly Energy ltd. “Mobeego®” acquisition will bring overnight revenue, international & domestic distribution, & so much more to Life Clips.
I would as well like to let our current and prospective shareholders know that the SoloVu™ 4k Action Cameras are on schedule and we are equally as excited about releasing this product to the public in the coming weeks. The SoloVu™ 4k Action Cameras has several key features that leading competitors do not come standard with, such as; an internal gyroscope for greater image stabilization, built in motion detection for activation, and a 32GB memory card. The SoloVu™ will come with video options of 4k, 2k, 1080 and 720. SoloVu™ will also feature burst mode, time lapse & looping video modes.
SoloVu™ 4k Action Cameras & Mobeego® will make up Life Clip’s initial consumer catalogue and we are extremely excited and strongly feel you should be too.
