Lauritz.com completes the acquisition of Karlstad-Hammarö Auktionsverk AB
Lauritz.com has on 28 June 2016 completed the acquisition of Karlstad-Hammarö Auktionsverk AB.
Karlstad-Hammarö Auktionsverk AB will also in future be run by the previous owners Johan Fastberg and Carl-Johan Eriksson. With the acquisition of Karlstad-Hammarö Auktionsverk AB, Lauritz.com positions itself even further as market leader within auctions in Sweden and the Nordics.
Lauritz.com has in a previous announcement on 14 April 2016 informed that a conditional purchase agreement for Karlstad-Hammarö Auktionverk AB had been entered into. The conditions have now been fulfilled and the acquisition was therefore completed on 28 June 2016.
Lauritz.com maintains its expectations for 2016 of expected growth in EBITDA of 20-40% compared to 2015.
