Shareholder of Sabiedrība ar ierobežotu atbildību „Muižas parks” increased existing share capital of EUR 13 200 by the amount of EUR 24 200, therefore the total share capital after increasing constitutes EUR 37 400, amount of the share’s nominal value EUR 220, total amount of shares 170.
The decision about increase of the share capital came into force on 29 September, 2016.
