On 20 December 2016 EQT Infrastructure through Skynet Invest ApS and the shareholders in GlobalConnect A/S signed a share sale and purchase agreement concerning the sale of 100% of their shares in GlobalConnect A/S. Skynet Invest ApS will thereby acquire 100% of the total share capital in GlobalConnect A/S (excluding GlobalConnect A/S' own shares).
Today the transaction has been completed and the Zibrandtsen family will obtain an indirect ownership of 20% of GlobalConnect A/S.
