The majority shareholder of joint stock company “Latvian Shipping Company” (LSC) “Vitol Netherlands B.V.” (Vitol), has informed LSC management that it will consider its option to delist LSC from NASDAQ Baltic after the current mandatory share purchase process is completed on the 15th August and all OTC transactions are cleared on the 21st August.
