David will be working in conjunction with Regimen’s founders and fellow Managing Directors, Cooper Seeman and Gerry Bellerive, to identify and secure investments in private Canadian businesses and assist our business partners in growing those enterprises for the foreseeable future. His wealth of experience, distinguished track record and deep understanding of private equity and finance will reinforce Regimen’s ability to build great businesses and deliver strong investor returns.

David joins Regimen following two and a half years as Vice President at Stern Partners, and 14 years as Managing Director at Banyan Capital Partners. At Banyan, David co-managed the firm’s two institutional funds, as well as the acquisition, oversight and growth of numerous successful portfolio companies. Prior to that, David worked in investment banking at Scotia Capital Inc. where he assisted clients on initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and equity and debt financings in a variety of industries.
David is based in Vancouver, British Columbia. He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Queen’s University and a MBA in Finance from the University of British Columbia. He serves or has served on numerous corporate and community boards and brings significant operational and financial experience to Regimen.
