Based on application of Danske bank A/S Latvia branch and LCD rules No 1 “On LCD participants”, Article 9 Latvian Central depository (further - LCD) board decided to terminate Danske bank A/S Latvia branch LCD participant status on September 14, 2017, consequently closing all Danske bank A/S Latvia branch corresponding accounts in LCD and suspending activities of all sorts that have been assigned to Danske bank A/S Latvia branch as a participant of LCD.
