SF Lawyer Selected To America’s Top 100

SAN FRANCISCO, Nov. 01, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Charles Michael Louderback, founder of the Louderback Law Group and a trial attorney in the areas of employment and commercial law for over 30 years, has recently been named to America’s Top 100 High Stakes Litigators. This recognition comes after several notable victories but represents a long-standing tradition of excellence both in the courtroom and the community.

With only a small fraction of the attorneys practicing full litigation - that is taking a case through litigation all the way to trial - the selection to be amongst the top 100 of this already select few is one of the great honors that can be bestowed upon a trial attorney. Charles Louderback now has the distinction of holding membership with the American Board Of Trial Advocates, being an AV Preeminent five-star rated attorney (the highest rating given by Martindale-Hubbell) and a member of the Multimillion Dollar Advocates Forum, as well as many other distinguished honors and awards.

America’s Top 100 LLC recognizes annually and on a lifetime basis the most qualified and accomplished professionals in various fields of practice, including attorneys, doctors, dentists, realtors, accountants, engineers, and architects (among other professionals). Membership in each specific category is by invitation-only after a multi-phase selection process including third-party research and statistical analysis of a candidate’s professional experience, achievements, significant results, community impact, peer reputation, consumer satisfaction, and other proprietary factors specific to each profession. Membership is limited to the Top 100 professionals from each state in each category of practice who best exhibit excellence and the highest ethical standards in their respective professions with less than 1% of professionals in the United States selected for membership.

Outside the courtroom, Mr. Louderback has also contributed in the community and in the classroom. He has lectured on the subject of winning at trial and techniques in litigation. His piece on how to win in your opening statement has been especially popular. He has been a guest lecturer at Stanford University School of Law, Hastings Law School, Santa Clara University Law School and many others. He is also actively involved in the community both in San Francisco and where he resides in Marin County. He has been a consistent and generous donor to the St. Vincent’s School for Boys. This organization helps youth who have been separated from their parents and gives them a place not only to live but to grow and thrive. Mr. Louderback has been a constant supporter of this charity for nearly 20 years.

Mr. Louderback is the founder of the Louderback Law group, a smaller to midsize firm with offices in San Francisco and Silicon Valley with less than 10 attorneys at both. But the small size of his firm has not impacted his recent successes. This includes a hard-fought, more than a decade long, $289 million dollar class action victory, record-setting for the area of commercial law it represents, and a great win for consumers in the state of California. Other recent successes like Buster v. Mechanics Bank are proof that Mr. Louderback shows no signs of slowing down.

In a brief statement, Mr. Louderback acknowledged the award saying that he was “honored and humbled to be received into this elite company. It is an affirmation of good practice and hard work.... (a sign that) a lifetime of achievement, if you work hard enough you devote yourself to your craft, is awarded and it is lauded.”

Mr. Louderback would like to thank America’s Top 100 Litigators and the members that comprise the group for selection and is honored to be counted as one of their peers in such a select and peerless group.
