David, recently promoted to President and CEO of New York Marketing Group, Inc., www.nymarketinggroupinc.com, opened his own firm in Buffalo, New York. Mr. Ginski grew up in Baltimore and has two daughters, Natalie and Ali. He left the mortgage business after 20 years because he was excited about the opportunity to start his own business. He was attracted to Steel River because he had the ability to understand every aspect of the business, and then teach it to others. Within seven months of working at Steel River, David was promoted to Market Director. He and his Assistant Director Joseph Miranda, who was also promoted from Corporate Trainer, are excited to continue the expansion and partnership with Steel River Marketing.
Patton Fickett, an energetic 22 year old is expanding into Columbus, OH in December of this year. Patton grew up in Garden City, Michigan where he originally began with another marketing firm. He started working for Steel River after an expansion brought him to Pittsburgh. He was able to move up from a Sales Representative to a Corporate Trainer then to an Assistant Director, and then finally to a Marketing Director all within six months.
With expansion comes the opportunity to rebuild. Steel River Marketing is looking to bring in new talent for the upcoming year.
