Riga, 2017-12-22 13:45 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Correction: Added confirmation that the redemption of bonds is made in accordance with the issue prospectus.
Capitalia announces that it will redeem 750 of its bonds with ISIN LV0000801488 on December 29, 2017. Before redemption, total number of the outstanding bonds is 3,000. These bonds that are repurchased from the secondary market are redeemed based on the section 5.10 of the bond prospectus.
