International Olive Council offers livestream of International Conference on Olive Oil and Prevention of Chronic Disease


DAVIS, Calif., Jan. 15, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The International Olive Council, the worldwide body that sets international trade standards for the olive and olive oil industry, is partnering with the UC Davis Olive Center to present the International Conference on Olive Oil and Prevention of Chronic Disease on Wednesday, January 17. The one-day seminar will feature experts from around the world discussing the role of olive oil in the prevention of chronic diseases such as cancer, diabetes, and cardiovascular and neurological diseases.

Attendance at the scientific conference, held at the UC Davis Olive Center at the Robert Mondavi Institute in Davis, California, is by invitation only, but the entire event will be livestreamed by Brandlive, with full presentations available online.
