(“Stream TV”), a Philadelphia-based new media company (privately held and incorporated in Delaware), today announced the extension of a secured promissory note.
The maturity date on a secured promissory Stream TV note originally signed by the companies on October 1, 2014, valued at US $1.500,000 has been extended for an additional thirty (30) days from April 2, 2018 to May 2, 2018 to allow the companies to conclude an agreement related to this investment and extension of their working relationship.
