(Oslo, Norway, June 22, 2018) Solon Eiendom ASA Chairman of the Board Simen Thorsen (through his wholly owned company Hortulan AS) has today bought 25,000 shares in Solon Eiendom ASA at a price of NOK 29.31 per share.
Following this transaction Simen Thorsen holds 4,000,000 shares privately and 11,180,598 shares through Hortulan AS, equaling 26.86 % of the total share capital and votes of the Company.
