The 39-watt, waterproof LED fixture provides 4,596 lumens and is ideal for hazardous facilities that need powerful high-intensity flood lighting, such as warehouses, shipyards, chemical processing plants and more.
The HAL-EMG-KNL-39W-LED is an explosion proof LED with an emergency backup battery, designed for Class I, Division 2, Groups A, B, C and D combustible environments and use in aerospace applications. Suitable for compliance with industrial safety regulations, an emergency backup system is activated for up to 90 minutes when power is interrupted or unavailable at the full lumen output. When power is restored, a built-in charger automatically recharges the power cells.
This high-intensity LED floodlight projects light in a NEMA 7H x 6V configuration, meaning the output is vertically wide and very wide horizontally. Specifically, the beam has a 119° vertical spread and a 130° horizontal spread, which covers a large area. This hazardous location LED fixture operates on universal 120-277V AC voltages.
For chemical resistance within the work site, the hazardous location LED floodlight is protected with a die-cast aluminum housing, a polycarbonate lens and silicone gasket. The LED fixture is IP66-rated and waterproof, allowing it to be used during hose-down or wash-down sessions. The HAL-EMG-KNL-39W-LED is equipped with a heavy-duty die-cast aluminum ½” threaded mounting arm with an O-ring seal and stainless-steel screw for secure and easy installation.
