Oslo, July 2, 2018 - Solon Eiendom sold 107 homes with a total sales value of NOK 733 million during the second quarter of 2018 compared to 68 homes with a total sales value of NOK 685 million in the second quarter of 2017. YTD 2018 Solon Eiendom has sold 232 homes with a total sales value of NOK 1 559 million compared to 126 homes with a total sales value of NOK 1 092 million in the same period last year.
In Q2 2018, 4 homes were completed and 6 delivered, compared to 4 completed, and 6 delivered in Q2 2017. At quarter end, 96% of the remaining 55 planned completions in 2018 have been sold.
Adjusted for Solon Eiendom's ownership, sales in Q2 2018 amounted to 94 homes worth NOK 652 million compared to 65 homes with a total sales value of NOK 610 million in the second quarter of 2017.
The company had 218 homes under construction of which 89 % have been sold at June 30, 2018.
