Crown World Mobility Launches New Visual Identity

Leader in Workforce Mobility Solutions Announces New Website Rebrand and Senior Leadership Structure

DANBURY, Conn., July 30, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Crown World Mobility (CWM)—the world-renowned provider of domestic and international end-to-end workforce mobility solutions and talent management strategies—has launched a new visual identity coinciding with a new senior leadership team structure.

These changes follow closely on the heels of CWM’s February 2018 acquisition of Time Relocation, which signaled a new phase in the company’s digital transformation as it continues to invest in immersive market insight captured by its global Intelligence Hub function. As a result, the company’s soon to be released online Lump Sum Management Tool is undergoing its final integration phase in preparation for global deployment. This tool will give employers greater financial transparency and will offer relocating employees more flexibility and control over their relocation.

The rebrand, which includes a responsive website and refreshed blue and coral color palette, will be rolled out across the company’s 101 world mobility offices operating in 53 countries.

Norah Franchetti, group vice president of marketing, said, “Crown has a long and impressive history in the mobility industry and is uniquely placed to leverage the benefits of being part of a global family of businesses. It was important to us to recognize our heritage while signaling to the market our vision for the future.”

Crown World Mobility’s senior leadership team structure has been re-designed to maximize the competitive advantage of having so many specialists in-house, including immigration, intercultural training, compensation and moving services.

Two global promotions have been made, in order to reflect the way in which the business and the market has evolved, and to drive enhanced value for Crown’s 2,190 corporate customers around the world. Liana Ciatto was named vice president of account management, while Nick Sutton has taken the position of vice president of global business development. They report directly to Curt Smith, group vice president of Crown World Mobility, and will work alongside the vice president of customer experience, Paula Kupka. Both positions will be based in London. Sutton has already relocated his family from Australia; and Ciatto will join him from Hong Kong later this year.

Curt Smith, who is based in Danbury, added: “Our new branding, value propositions and website reflect the direction our business is headed, while our new and improved products and senior team structure are aligned to market shifts. All these changes are steps on our journey towards creating and delivering the highest possible value for clients and customers.”
