Board Announcement - VAM PLC
VAM PLC (Value Asset Management Plc), a residential property developer within the Greater Dublin Area, announces the resignation of Ronan Mallon from the Company’s Board of Directors, effective September 27th, 2018 due to the recently increased demands of his other professional commitments.
The Company has commenced a search for a new Non-Executive Director and subsequent to their appointment, Jonathan Meier has agreed to take on a more prominent executive role within the Company.
The Board thanks Ronan for his significant contribution over the last year in building some key relationships with our development partners and helping to create a pipeline of valuable development assets.
