Technopolis Plc’s Organizing Meeting of the Board of Directors
The Extraordinary General Meeting of Technopolis Plc held on November 7, 2018 elected Paul Patel Chairman of the Board of Directors and Sebastian Woitas Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors.
The Board of Directors of Technopolis Plc has elected the following Board members to the Audit Committee at the Board meeting that took place after the Extraordinary General Meeting today:
Sebastian Woitas, Chairman
Louis Paletta
Paul Patel
In addition, the Board of Directors resolved to disband the Remuneration and HR Committee.
