Non-Executive Directors' Incentive Package

St Peter Port, Guernsey, 20 November 2018 - The Forest Company Limited (the "Company"), a closed-ended investment company, incorporated and registered in Guernsey, announces that, as part of the Directors' compensation package for the Non-Executive Directors of the Company, the Company has put in place an incentive plan so that part of the Non-Executive Directors' compensation is structured as a multi-year retention package. It is at the Board's discretion whether this is paid in cash or shares, and has N effective monetary value of USD 70,000, currently awarded to Mr Field Griffith. The Company has approved the division of the current  incentive plan amongst its four directors, Rainer Häggblom, Field Griffith, Panu Kallio and Howard Myles in the amount of USD 17,500 each.

The Non-Executive Directors' additional incentive package remains within the maximum annual expenditure on Directors' fees as set out in the articles of the Company.
