Revised Offering Memorandum
St Peter Port, Guernsey, 10 December 2018 - The Forest Company Limited (the "Company"), a closed-ended investment company, incorporated and registered in Guernsey, announces that it has today published a revised Offering Memorandum. In accordance with Listing Rules 2.2.1 (e) and 2.2.1 (c), the revised Offering Memorandum will be available upon request from the registered office of the Company.
