CORNING, N.Y. , April 04, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- At the Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Corning Natural Gas Holding Corporation (OTC: CNIG) held April 2, 2019, the Company announced results of the stockholder vote on three proposals. All were approved, including the election of Henry B. Cook, Jr., Michael I. German, Ted W. Gibson, Robert B. Johnston, Joseph P. Mirabito, William Mirabito, John B. Williamson, III and George J. Welch, Sr. as directors for terms to expire in 2020. Stockholders also approved the non-binding proposal on executive compensation and the ratification of the appointment of Freed Maxick CPAs, P.C. as the company's independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2019.
