Change in the governance of BOURBON Corporation

Gathered on June 28, 2019, the Board of Directors of BOURBON Corporation has decided to reunite the functions of Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer. Jacques de Chateauvieux is therefore appointed Executive Chairman as of today. Gaël Bodénès is appointed Chief Executive Officer with the responsibility of managing the company and pursuing the transformation initiated by the group, to make the most out of the already perceptible recovery.

The Group's General Management is thus composed of:
- Mr. Jacques de Chateauvieux, Executive Chairman
- Mr. Gaël Bodénès, Chief Executive Officer
- Mr. Thierry Hochoa, Chief Financial Officer

Furthermore, BOURBON announced that its Board formally acknowledged receipt of the resignation of two of its members Mr. Antoine Grenier and Ms. Elizabeth Van Damme, as of today.
