The Board of DXS International plc (the “Company”), the NEX quoted clinical decision support developer and supplier of clinical decision support systems has been notified that on 12 November Mr David Immelman, purchased 7,035 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 7p per share.

Following the transaction specified above Mr Immelman interest, including those of persons closely associated with him, is in 4,743,466 Ordinary Shares representing 13.33% of the issued share capital of the Company.
