Blagman Media International Completes $12 Million Merger with UNISAT


LOS ANGELES, August 2, 1999 (PRIMEZONE) -- Blagman Media International, Inc., a global direct response marketing and advertising agency, has completed its merger into Unisat (OTCBB:USCI), a publicly-traded corporation, with the purchase of all 12 million outstanding shares of USCI, valued at $1.00 per share. The due diligence process has been successfully completed and the surviving organization, to be known as Blagman Media International, Inc., will change its trading symbol to BMII.

Robert Blagmen, Chief Executive Officer of BMII stated, "as a leading media company doing business on five continents, USCI's telecommunications assets are an appropriate acquisition.
