ANAHEIM, Calif., July 13, 2000 (PRIMEZONE) Arroyo Packaging, Inc. a leading distributor of custom and stock, plastic and glass packaging products today announced the acquisition of California-Eureka Bottling Company. This acquisition supports Arroyo's strategy for growth and enhances their ability to offer their customers a broader base of products and services. "We are striving to expand our operations both internally and through acquisitions," commented Loren Miller of Arroyo Packaging. California-Eureka was founded in 1899 as a bottle washing business. The operations in Los Angeles have been closed and have been combined with Arroyo's operations in Anaheim.
