Sun Network Group, Inc. Initiates Investor Relations Program in Germany


CORAL SPRINGS, Fla., May 23, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Sun Network Group, Inc. (OTCBB:SNNW) today announced that it has retained two companies to assist in implementing an investor relations program in Europe because of increasing interest in SNNW and its stock.

Charles Van Musscher, who is assisting SNNW in listing the Company's stock on the Frankfurt Exchange will, in conjunction with The Geneva Group, Inc., direct the Company's investor relations program with a significant focus on the German investor market.

Mr. Van Musscher has arranged for and will accompany T. Joseph Coleman, CEO of SNNW, for an extensive series of meetings with financial industry representatives in Munich, Frankfurt, Dusseldorf and Berlin. These meetings, commencing Monday, May 27, will involve investment bankers, broker-dealers, financial publications, independent financial journalists, analysts, investment advisors, fund managers, financial communication channels and related organizations. The meetings are designed to provide an informational base for SNNW's present investor relations program.

Charles Van Musscher has been in the securities business for ten years and has extensive experience in trading securities, international financings and corporate promotional campaigns.

The Geneva Group, Inc. will also assist the Company in its investor relations campaign and introduction to strategic business partners in Europe. The Geneva Group, Inc. is a public relations consulting firm that assists U.S. and Australian public companies in Europe, predominately in Germany. The Geneva Group concentrates on emerging growth situations and companies with outstanding technologies in IT-solutions, software, telecommunications, Internet and entertainment related businesses.

SNNW is the parent company of the RadioTV Network, Inc ("RTV"), a new television network that produces and distributes television adaptations of top rated radio programs. RTV intends to develop and expand its TV network concept into European markets, initially concentrating on Germany via a joint venture with a European broadcasting entity. RTV anticipates identifying its initial European TV program prospects in the 2nd quarter of 2002.
