KUNGSBACKA, Sweden, July 4, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Elanders AB has signed a contract with Schlott Sebaldus AG for the sales of Elanders Lithorex AB.
Elanders Lithorex in Landskrona offers solutions within personalized direct mail in Web offset. The company has around 60 employees and its turnover in 2001 was MSEK 110.
The sales of Lithorex is a further step in our ambition to develope Elanders into an international Infomedia Group that offers flexible publishing solutions for all kinds of information.
The divestiture will be accounted for in the third quarter and will generate an estimated gain of MSEK 23.
